Ensure external URL is set to https://maine.bretts.org:8123/ otherwise nginx will rewrite the request back to the Home Assistant home page.

Devices Missing

If you've added new cameras you need to give the aarlo user permission to see them with Settings -> Grant Access in the Arlo app
